Decorating for the seasons

While in my apartment, one year, I decided to try decorating for different holidays with my “Christmas” tree.

To be honest, I only made it through St. Patrick’s Day, because it does take a lot of planning ahead and more cost with ornaments and all the things I wanted to do.

But, I went with Valentine’s Day, which meant I was able to keep the pink ornaments on the tree and added some felt hearts as garland to wrap around. I also have some little hearts that I’ve painted and displayed on my entertainment center.

For St. Patrick’s Day, I bought some gnome ornaments - they had different looks and patterns with their hats and outfits. Then, I added some felt four leaf clovers (similar to that of the hearts) and wrapped around the tree.

It just kept the space more festive through the seasons and gave me something to look forward to with decorating and having a reason to celebrate.
